Sandeep Bansal, Founder & Director
Banker, software expert, IT consultant and a foodie, all rolled in one.. Sandeep is a rare professional who has successfully donned multiple hats across varied industries and that too with flair, not to mention resounding success.
Sandeep founded Silicon Biztech more than a decade ago and has been responsible for designing the technological engine and system backbone for lead generation for TMG Interactive. In addition to playing the role of the Chief Mentor, he also heads the technology function in the company.
Starting his career first with Citibank and subsequently Bank of America more than 15 to 17 years ago, Sandeep branched off on his own when the proverbial entrepreneurial bug bit him. He set up an IT company for business strategy consulting, e business applications and web enabled solutions - subsequently it was only natural to add a full service BPO operation to the existing set-up. The same has grown into a USD 2 million enterprise with global clients already exceeding the half a century mark.
There is also the human side to Sandeep's professional achievements - he actively supports and religiously pursues social causes that are close to him including cancer research and child education.
Parveen Ahluwalia, CEO
Parveen has more than two decades of rich experience in the business of marketing communications/marketing taken in its entirety including market research, branding, communications strategy planning and finally B2B marketing / sales strategy formulation, forecasting, budgeting and international market development, thereby giving him a well honed edge in conceptualizing, planning for, managing and monitoring brand strategies and brand plans in an integrated manner.
Starting his career in the country's foremost research agency, AC Nielsen where he spent 5 years, Parveen subsequently moved into advertising where he headed the brand strategy planning function in TBWA, DY&R and lastly Frank Simoes Advertising. All added further upto more than a decade's experience of planning on the launch/ re launch strategies of many a blue chip brand in India including, Escorts group, Colgate Palmolive, TELCO, SONY, BILT, Lufthansa, KFC, Airtel, Maruti, Andrew Yule tea, Casio pagers, Taj Group of hotels, SITA World Travel, Siemens mobile, Avon, Hyatt Regency, Compaq, Shaw Wallace, Revlon, Goodyear, etc.
Subsequently for a period of 3 years (uptil Feb, 2005), Parveen was the marketing director of an Australian JV company as a Board level appointee (in the business of outdoor digital printing / other retail and merchandising printing applications) looking after India and South East Asia. He was personally responsible for forging and managing key client account relationships including those of ITC, Reliance, Tata Teleservices, IDEA, Hutch, TOI, HT, UB Group, Seagram, Bacardi, Citibank, Ford, Maruti, Hyundai, and the WPP Group to name a few.
Prior to moving here, Parveen ran a successful brand consulting practice for more than 3 years under The Firm -and successfully handled assignments in the domain of brand strategy consulting for prominent clients including Jain Studios, Unitech, Haier Mobile, Moen (USA), Merino Furniture Solutions, Guardian Pharmacy, Liberty Footwear, etc. He is also a qualified management trainer and educationist being involved in teaching in some of the most prestigious B Schools in India for the last 17 years.
Parveen is a postgraduate in Economics from Gokhale Insititute of Economics, Pune, as well as a Management Graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

Arka is head of design services at ebusinessInteractive. He has over 13 years of experience in the print media, softwares and has broad-ranging skills in many aspects of design. He has worked with leading publications including Scholastic, Tata McGraw and the Weitstone publications and has extensive experience with building design themes, logos, illustrations, cartoons for newspapers, magazines and books. He has designed the catalogue for the children’s book fair in Germany and calendar for Human Rights Commonwealth Initiative.
At ebusinessInteractive he is responsible for the execution of design and layout, quality for all ongoing projects. Prior to joining the ebusinessInteractive Arka worked as Team Lead graphics/Media with software companies catering to the US market. He is well versed in publication design, computer graphics, usability design and production. He has a strong understanding of the creative process, and believes in combining functionality with appeal to bring about the best possible user experience.Arka is a postgraduate in Life Science, postgraduate in Visual Arts and Design , has a PG Diploma in Advertising form School of Communication and Management.
